Unrelated to this order but one of my larger candles I ordered recently wasn’t burning right, it wouldn’t stay lit no matter what I did. I reached out to customer service to let them know what I was experiencing and what I had tried and they got back to me on the same day, it was a Saturday, and shipped out a replacement candle.
