AWFUL customer service. I got sent defective products and was told on two different occasions they would be reprinted and resent to me. When I asked for an update, they said they could possible resend for a fee, and refuse to refund my money. Spent over a month in communication with them, being asked the same questions over and over. I will be getting my money back through chargeback through my mastercard company though, but the customer service - absolutely horrendous customer service.
