I reached out to customer service about the look and safety of the packaging because the seal was dirty and appeared broken. While the team was correct the pack was sealed safely I don’t think they care about the appearance of the product or making it better. They were just accepting of an inferior pack structure. They also didnt provide a refund even after requested. Just likely to never order again.
