They have great customer service. If you call and leave a message, they get back to you after a few days via email with answers to my questions. Questions via email format took longer to get a response back. I know they get a lot of orders and are very busy with everything else they do for fundraising and prayer life. Always little surprises when you get your package and I so love the thought behind it.
Years ago I received help when my disabled son was in the hospital for months and his open heart surgery took this poor mom to another state. No money in my pocket and when the staff seen me sleeping in the lounge and not eating made contact and I received food vouchers. This is an important ministry often overlooked by others.
Please support them as I don’t know how I’d have manage two weeks on water but God came through His people to a mother in need.
