Ordered pedals and haptics. Haptics turned up but no pedals. All comms suggested the order had been fulfilled and no response from Simsonn when I follow up. Had to lodge a dispute with my credit card company before Simsonn acknowledged my they’d not sent the pedals. I eventually got them but after five minutes, the haptic motors stopped working.

I’m very disappointed with SIMSONN. I ordered VAM Pro with Express Shipping on June 17, expecting delivery in 6–12 business days. Today is July 3 and it hasn’t even shipped. If the product wasn’t in stock, it should not have been listed as available — especially with an express shipping option. I expected transparency and faster handling. Extremely frustrating experience.
