Products are great and well built but annoyingly my order was missing the main item (control box). After emailing customer services they confirmed my order was incomplete and sent out the missing item which took another 2 weeks to arrive. Customer services didn't seem bothered and never offered any sort of compensation just a "sorry". I requested to make a complaint but received no response. I suppose you've got my money now so why would you care. I don't think I will be purchasing direct again.

I ordered my pedals weeks ago, I ended up sending a email to the support staff and have been sending sometimes 2 emails a week. First I was told the pedals were out of stock and the Simsonn VAM Pro Linear Motor - the Pedals Haptic Reactor for Vibration Feedback
was on hold due to an update that was at least 2 and a half weeks before I received them. I did expedited shipping on the pedals and I’m literally mad and irritated and just waiting at this point this week will make a month my order
