I ordered my pedals and haptics, and the haptics got delivered very quickly. However, the pedals themselves were apparently on backorder and took a while to be delivered. It would have been nice to know when I ordered them, instead of after the fact. In business setting expectations properly is very important.

I wanted to return my order (SIMSONN Plus Racing Simulation Pedals) because it doesn"t work for my specific setup. I'm fully withing my EU Right of Withdrawl and wanted to use this. SIMSONN keeps refusing my return request on the basis of illegitimate reasons. So now I'm stuck with pedals I can't use. I'd strongly discourage buying form SIMSONN, a real shame because the feel high-quality; but the customer service is horrible!
