I swapped over to one pill a day to see if things would claim down as it was the only new product I had started. I had extreme vomiting, dehydration & dizziness. This lasted a total of 6 days. It’s been horrible & definitely NOT worth it to be more tanned. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone
