I asked for help figuring out fit after the fact, and they were very helpful.

It took some time to get an update on my purchase so I contacted the costumer support and they were really helpful!

Sent multiple emails asking for a list of products with no elastic and no one got back to me. It took almost a month and a half for the bras to even ship

Sizes inaccurate and it took over a month to ship even though the item was listed as "in stock." The month wait I am referring to does not include the time the package was in transit.

Price point is kind of high and shipping takes awhile but the panties seem to be made well.

Long wait but it's worth it.

Amazing craftswomenship, quality and design of all the underwear. The only brand of underwear I am buying now. Absolutely worth it for beautiful items that are made from fabric that is beneficial for your health, and will last the test of time.

I got several items, mostly satisfied with it. Bra didn’t fit well even though I ordered my regular size 75 (and I would have to make it bigger with a help of a seamstress). The elastic band on panties is a bit too tight and I also want to adjust it. Some threads here and there made an impression that it hasn’t been taken care of, and for a price like this I think it should be. Overall, fabric is breathable and colors show up as it’s been shown on photos. Nice project, wish you success.

There was an unexpected charge after my card was processed. My bra did not originally ship with the rest of my order, but Rasa quickly replied and was able to ship it out almost immediately.

Was easy except for choosing sizing.

I will make sure to use express delivery next time, as it took about 25 days to get to Perth in Western Australia - a long way from the real world, lol. Grateful to receive beautifully made undies.Great customer service also. Thank you very much .
