Ridiculous procedure for trying to return the product for a refund. Had to supply photos and evidence before you would supply a return address, only to find I had to send it to Italy!!!! This cost me nearly as much as the jersey itself. And I still haven’t had a refund because now you are asking me to let you know when it has been delivered to you. Very very bad customer experience. I will never use you again and I will never recommend you
