Ordered the shoes in August and i didn’t receive them until October. I was told there were shipped, then i was told after several weeks of receiving no shows that they were in production. I asked for a refund since they were in the production stages which means they have not been shipped out but was told i could not just stop the order . I had to wait to get the shoes and then reach out for a refund and send them back which is just a bunch of bullshit
