Overall, the shopping experience was fine, but I think it would have been very helpful to see a rendering or preview of the finished product before it was made. The listing photos showed a natural wood appearance, which is what I expected and wanted. The white finish I received is definitely not what I was looking for. Had I seen a preview beforehand, I would have requested a different finish. That's the main reason I'm disappointed with the final product.
