The products are very good! What I didn’t like is the subscribtion, and no it’s not an e-mail subscribtion. It means that they can take money from your Apple pay and deliver the same order every month. Also they advertised with buy 2 and get 1 free, didn’t get anything for free. When I wanted to unsubscribe I had the option to pay the difference, that’s ok with me but I expected some kind of compensation because I didn’t get the ‘free’ product. I ordered 5 products in split in 2 orders.

Quick service and responsive, highly recommend it

I'm stuck with a subscription of items that I mostly didn't like.

All in all it was fine, except for the crumbs in my oil.

Leider werden Produkte gesendet die ich nicht bestellt habe. Mein Account wurde gelöscht. Es gibt kein Rückgaberecht, wenn das Produkt nicht vertragen wird, gibt es weder Beratung noch kann man es zurückgeben. Eine unseriöse Firma.

It is really easy to go and search for what we want on the website. It is great to have put the questions for personalized products directly onto the page.

Their are many products on the website and it is extremely easy to navigate.

I have opened requests with the UAE Ministry of Economy and the European Consumer Center. Terms were hidden and not obvious and there was conflicting information say "cancel anytime" that was visible. Whereas the restrictions of cancelable were hidden and the user did not need to click and read or verify.

I wish there was a representative I could speak to over the phone, because there are questions, especially when ordering for the first time, and no great way to find the answers, even on Afsennah insta ptofile

The website was confusing... and it wouldn't let me fill out the forms with ease... it was also difficult to see what the ingredients are since it is "custom" [i'm not sure how custom they are/???] so unfortunatley, I feel I spent a lot of money on oils I couldn't use because they have an ingredient that makes me ill.

The package arrived very quickly. The order was picked up immediately after purchasing the products online. The packaging is very elegant and special. A lot of care when making the products. The entire brand is well thought and designed! High quality products and packaging! Definitely recommend 🥰
