Very pleased with product, will order again.

Shopping to long and expensive, and got my hoodie and it had a stain

I would have gave a 5 star because the hoodie is amazing but the customer service is not so friendly. I emailed and asked a simple question on when my order would be shipped out and I feel the response was kinds rude but thats just me. The product is 10 out of 10 though

I’ve purchased about 8 hoodies from this company over time and have always really liked them — the quality is good and they’ve been some of my favorites. Recently I ordered a sweatshirt instead of a hoodie and unfortunately the fit just wasn’t right for me. The bigger issue is that customers have to cover the return shipping cost. Since I’m out west and the company is in Montreal, it was costly to return it. Considering the sweatshirts are already quite pricey, paying over $30 to return something that doesn’t fit just doesn’t seem worth it. ( they only allow returns via Canada post) I still like their hoodies, but I do wish the return process was a bit more customer-friendly. Because of this experience, I’ll definitely think twice before purchasing from them again.

I just love the sweaters and have a collection in the double digits all different colors and styles. Washes well and keeps its great form.

My favorite 2 hoodies that I own.

Overall sizing is not accurate. I've purchased several items over the years and the sizing depends on the item - sweaters were tighter than sweater dress etc. Makes it hard to purchase confidently. My last purchase also arrived damaged from sun exposure. Update: Although I have been disappointed with some of the products (and very happy with others), the company themselves is very good. I was pleasantly surprised that they followed up with me in a timely manner about a recent purchase with sun damage. The customer service was excellent and left me feeling heard and satisfied with the outcome.
