I’ve purchased about 8 hoodies from this company over time and have always really liked them — the quality is good and they’ve been some of my favorites.
Recently I ordered a sweatshirt instead of a hoodie and unfortunately the fit just wasn’t right for me. The bigger issue is that customers have to cover the return shipping cost. Since I’m out west and the company is in Montreal, it was costly to return it.
Considering the sweatshirts are already quite pricey, paying over $30 to return something that doesn’t fit just doesn’t seem worth it. ( they only allow returns via Canada post) I still like their hoodies, but I do wish the return process was a bit more customer-friendly. Because of this experience, I’ll definitely think twice before purchasing from them again.
