I am extremely dissatisfied with the ordering process and how my issue was handled. After placing an order, I received a text saying I was eligible for a 30% additional discount. When I clicked the link, it took me to another screen, and I unintentionally placed a second order. The next day, I emailed customer service requesting to cancel one of the orders. I was told they couldn’t cancel it, but I could refuse the second order when it arrived, and it would be returned to them.
However, both orders arrived in the same package, leaving me unable to refuse just one. Customer service then instructed me to return the item myself at my own expense, which turned out to be costly. To make matters worse, I was informed I would only receive store credit for the return, which I have no intention of using. This entire experience was frustrating and poorly managed. This is not how a customer issue should be resolved, and I will think twice before ordering from this company again.
