The sizes are incorrect. I ordered a lady's size 10 to 10 and 1/2 hiking boot. I normally wear a size 10. However, my toes push up against the end of the shoes. This makes him very uncomfortable. I like warmth and waterproof part of the shoe, but I just can't wear them often.

Again, your store states that issues are for the type of foot. My fiancé has and they did not help him at all. Actually they made his foot worse because you can’t walk on rocks or anything like that and he didn’t get his other pair that we were supposed to so very poor.
