Have been trying to find what happened to the pair of boots I sent to my sister. I mistakenly ended up with my address on the order, but I emailed right away and asked for that to be changed. The only communication I got was asking me if I was happy with the resolution. I emailed that nothing was resolved but have received no response. And now I'm supposed to rate the boots my sister never got? Won't deal with you again.

These shoes were advertised as helpful for edema and neuropathy. I have both. I ordered wide width and an extra size so I could wear them with socks. When the shoes arrived, they are so small and narrow I could not get my bare foot in them. I ordered two different pairs and cannot fit either. When I tried to return them they told me they had to be sent to AUSTRIA!!! Postage and custom fees will be about $50. This is a ripoff for disabled people. This company should be ashamed. They should be banned from advertising on these sites.
