The products are well-packaged, and the team do respond to oneโ€™s queries. But unfortunately my skin reacted to both the oils I purchased, which are ingredients listed in other products I use. So Iโ€™m perplexed why I reacted to these products. Iโ€™ve tried them on different occasions and there wasnโ€™t any follow up from the team or offer to exchange etc. Nevermind.
