I would not recommend buying from this company. I purchased a single item, and somehow ended up being charged for a monthly subscription that I never signed up for.
Trying to fix the issue has been extremely frustrating. There is no easy way to contact customer service—no phone number and very limited support options. When I finally managed to reach someone, they said they would issue a refund. However, a few days later the charge appeared again.
So far, I have been charged three different time

I tried to cancel the initial order, but you were kind enough to send it anyway, but at a discount and I tried it. The distribution caps suck. I tried all four all they did was poke my face and no serum would come out no matter how many times I adjusted the lid so I just ended up pouring the serum on my face probably not ideal and little result. Another month supply was then sent even though I tried to cancel the initial order. I assumed that no more would be sent. I have it to a friend
