It was very easy. We saw Glov on Facebook but as a rule we don't purchase from Facebook. There are too many frauds. So we went directly to the Glov webpage and just a click or two had the hair regrowth system on it's way. We had one glitch - we received instructions for the face product instead of the hair products but that was remedied by an email to your staff. I've only done one treatment so far.

Product doesn’t work as expected. The needle caps don’t fit the vials. The serum doesn’t flow through the needle. The mask doesn’t stay charged. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone.

Just too expensive for the outcome.

When I ordered, I was automatically subscribed. I did not want to do that because I wasn't sure the product would work. I've tried many different ones. The person I contacted about the issue helped me with it.

I have been trying to cancel my subscription since February, but cannot get any service. This feels like a big rip off.

Considering the hair product didn’t come with jars that fit the cap, I’m left with not being able to try it more than once. And not spending more money!!

Ordering was easy. Shipping pretty quick but price is pretty high and not seeing the results that it advertised

Terrible. No one responds and I just keep getting shipments and can't figure out how to stop it. I'm going to have to block payment.

I started with the shampoo and loves it so got the conditioner too.

False advertising, there is no liquid that comes out of the needles. Waste of time and money. Will never buy again.

The website was a bit tricky to re-access the account, to adjust and manage repeat purchases, but customer service was helpful.

already responded. too early to tell how it will work. cannot get the liquid to come out very well.

I was sick for awhile so couldnt use. I was able change delivery date which is a plus. Customer service was immediate. Packaging fantastic.
