Never received product, reach out multiple times in multiple ways and never hear anything back. So disappointing

Communicating is an issue

The staff is very polite.

You don’t get back to people. I have been trying to return 4 packages for months. I don’t have any use for the product since I’m allergic to it. I also don’t appreciate being ignored when I’m asking for help!

Didn’t wanted to be subscribed to product as first time buyer. But was easy to unsubscribe. So now I know how much I need to buy what will work with subscription

Never received the product. Did not intents to subscribe but your marketing is so aggressive you probably have to opt out to not subscribe. I have cancelled the subscription. If any more money is taken from my account I will report your business to my bank and have it flagged as fraud

I've purchased one package to try out the product. Suddenly, my credit card was charged $85.73, and when I contacted customer support, I was told a subscription was created on my behalf, even though I DIDN'T SUBSCRIBE. I made sure I didn't click on any subscription hyperlink or options. Two weeks going back and forth with the website via chat, exchanged emails, and I was promised a refund since the second order they created without my consent wasn't even fulfilled, so they had plenty of time to

Solo lo ordené una vez y quieren estar mandando el producto cada mes y eso no dice en la información cuando lo compre la primera vez y ya me lo descontaron de mi tarjeta entonces tuve que bloquear mi tarjeta y pedir otra de nuevo
