I applied for the free sample of NAD which has never arrived. And for. which I was charged $16.00 Aus.
I was then charged $90 Aus for a month’s supply which I never applied for and this has also never arrived.
I cancelled my subscription as the service is very unreliable.
I will make sure that I am reimbursed for these products which I will return if they ever arrive .
Very disappointing as I bought the micro infusion last year and liked it, however I’ve chosen not to continue with that as my skin is very sensitive.

Order placed January 10. I contacted customer service on January 27 and February 1 regarding non-delivery. On February 3 I requested a refund due to the delay and received no response. I followed up again on February 19 and again received no response. The package did not arrive until February 23 — more than six weeks after ordering and after my written refund request.
This level of delay and lack of communication is unacceptable. I am requesting a full refund to my original method of payment. I
