I came across this product at Sephora and when I saw it was no longer available, i went straight yo the product's site. For a very long time products were out of stock with no information as to when they may be back, so that's one star knocked off for me. Then when products became available i signed up for 20% but never received my email and yes I looked in spam and junk folders, so another start knocked off. But I must say that products were packed very well and within reasonable timing!
