The buying process was simple, but the shipping costs are quite high, especially considering the price of the product. What bothered me the most is that when returning the item you still have to pay for shipping again, meaning you effectively pay shipping twice. After spending a considerable amount on the product, this feels excessive and disappointing

Delivering far later than advertised, then refusing to budge from a strict 30-day returns policy, leaving me with an unwanted item and a waste of money, was a great way to ensure that a first-time customer never tries you again. Stark contrast with customer service at Dope, for example, who were great.
