Excellent experience from Alchemist as expected. However, I did have an issue with the courier service. The person in charge of my delivery, called around 1h 30 mins before reaching my area to say she doesn't deliver until my house. I had to rush to make arrangements and didn't get through so I decided to switch locations and have it delivered to my brother's workplace. This is the first courier service that wasn't willing to drive to my area. So it was unexpected for me.
