My order still hasn’t arrived, and I have not received any response from the support team explaining the reason for the delay

Very disappointed with this product. I carefully stuck it to the wall and it stayed in place for about two hours; the kids were really enjoying playing with it. However, we suddenly heard a loud noise and found the whole thing had fallen to the floor. I tried putting it back up again, but parts started peeling off almost immediately. The quality is clearly very poor, and it doesn’t stick as advertised. I would not recommend this product at all.

Absolutely not recommend the pencils which was included as a gift, they contain something like pepper in it. When my baby discovered them and then rubbed her eyes we had a big problems that evening.

Customer service is useless, if there are any humans behind the operation. Listen to your customers and read their emails. Don’t fire off generic emails when questions have been answered in the initial email. This has been a waste of time and money and unfortunately just really disappointing.

I like the accessories and magnetism seems good but the decal failed.

Came off the wall.

The glue for the magnetic decals can be stronger. It keeps peeling off the wall and we have to stick it back almost every other day

Resent after evri lost it, which was really helpful. Unfortunately does not stick properly and has peeled the paint off the wall. Welcome addition to our front room and our son loves it

Would have love to choose the magnets myself, cause there would have been other ones I would have choosen for the bundle. And the blue foil of the sticky part behind the magnetic wall was sadly not even. All the edges where free and got dirty… I had to cut all of it and change the shape a little bit to stick it nicely to the wall. I think it was because the magnetic wall came rolled up so the foil got mixed up a little. Maybe use more of the foil to solve this in future ;) but all over all i lov
