Overall the shopping is good but the packaging is stacked to maximize profits instead of customer needs. I would like to but only the rubber plugs for the bottom of the shaft, but that's not an option. So I have to spend a lot more money on items I don't need.

Good but was trying to order a new c1000 5ft bury the web site would not let me order one I called and spoke to a lady that was very nice lady and she helped me find a distributor in my area they said they called you and no one called them back so needless to say I have no way to order the c1000 it’s very frustrating I don’t understand I ordered this same thing 2 years ago right off your website now it will not let me as a farmer I don’t have much spare time to deal with all this
