Bought it online at 0700 and emailed Mt Gravatt that I would be picking it up that morning as they were the only store that had this game in stock. I picked it @ 1045. The only downside was that when I picked it up, one of the females serving the customer desk told me that, it was a bit of a rush for them to track my order because it usually takes 3 days to get processed and that next time I should give more notice. I apologised but thought that was quite unprofessional.

Soap arrived with damaged packaging. When I asked for a replacement, I was informed all the soaps were in similar condition. There was no mention of this on the website, I paid full price and now cannot gift this as a christmas present as originally intended. Waste of money - hugely disappointed! Terrible customer service and a scam of a business.
