One arrived faulty, big hole with a lot less stuffing in it. They emailed me back on 12th December to say they were sorry and would send a replacement. It’s the 31st December now and still no replacement. I paid for two and only have one to show for it. One of my kids didn’t get theirs for Christmas despite there being enough time to send a non faulty one. Also it was an obvious fault so why did no one pick it up on dispatch. Does no one check the quality of your toys before sending them out?
