FAKE PRODUCT! Company is not in Houston. Just try to call the phone number on the website. It’s not a working number. The Jellycats ship from China and take forever to arrive. And they are charging full price for these knock offs. They want to charge basically the price of the product to return the item to Europe. Run from Boogzel!
