They didn't respond to my daughter so I had to email. They shipped our order from a stateside warehouse, but provided a return address in Italy, this it would cost as much to return as it did to purchase the items. Needless to say we won't buy from them again. The quality was only as good as any iron-on job that could have been done from home, and the images were not as detailed, positioned or as large as the ones on the store's site. SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK. Literally.
