Unfortunately, my experience with this product was not good. After using the brush, my hair became very porous and frizzy instead of smooth. It made my hair look dry and damaged. I considered returning it, but the return policy requires either choosing another product or paying a $30 return fee, which made the process inconvenient. Overall, I was disappointed with the results and the return policy.

When I ordered the hair straightener, the online site said it was titanium (I showed them screenshots) but then found out it was ceramic and it was error on SUTRA. They did not correct it, did not allow me to change the order or upgrade. The Customer service rep just said, it's been ordered and there is nothing she can do about it. Terrible customer service. Would NOT recommend.
