I placed an order on May 24 (Order #SB34996) for a Sutra hair dryer, and the experience has been completely unacceptable. I have not received the product, there is no clear shipping information, and the company has not provided any helpful responses. This shows a lack of respect for the customer and reflects poor management and lack of professionalism. I have requested an immediate cancellation and refund because I am not willing to continue waiting indefinitely for an order that never arrives
