Purchasing was easy, getting customer service to reply took time. When I voiced my concerns, I was told sharp edges are part of the design language. I mean, it’s a 90* edge, of stainless steel, it’s sharp! An extra 20 seconds to add a chamfer is not that difficult. I returned the items, they were delivered 3 days ago, have not received my refund (after a $52 restock fee mind you) and have not had a response to my email. I don’t expect same day replies, but within 24 hours, yes I do!
