I contacted customer support to begin return which they were resistant towards, refusing to give return instructions & offered partial 30% refund. Finally, after I adamantly insisted I wanted to return the product for full refund they gave specific return instructions to Dubai cost $75+ to mail back / still waiting on refund BEWARE SCAM!
