My order was placed on 1/15. Still has not shipped

Ordered in January, never received and no response to both emails. I want a refund

No products no response from business. Almost 3 months later after ordering still now response or follow up not has my product ever shipped after the label being created in February and odering in January.

I never received my order. I e reached out several times by email and no reply

Takes too long to get. Still never received my order

Never recieved the products. Ordered in January, its now April, recieved a tracking number with a date of February. Emailed numerous times, given a discount code off my next order but refuse to order any more until I receive a refund or my products that I paid for.

Waiting on an order I placed in January and March. The company doesn't respond to emails that I've sent requesting an ETA, and I haven't gotten a response from the numerous emails I have sent. Paying customers shouldn't be treated like this. I would like both of my orders, or a full refund for both. This is the worse mess.

I don’t have money to give away, and when I sent an email the response was unacceptable. I actually like the seasoning and placed several orders but I won’t order anymore. I don’t like feeling like the company could care less.

Shipping takes to long

Waiting over a month for something to be delivered is unacceptable. The product is great I just hope when she opens back up she does better in that matter

Her seasonings are goodt but my order was missing one of my seasonings. But, I am a repeated customer. And will be glad when you make it to TikTok for faster turnaround time.

Shipping ALWAYS takes way longer than listed on your site. There’s no communication from customer service either in response to emails.

For one it took a month to receive it. And it's not as good as they make it out tobe

I love the specials and the seasoning but the shipping could be a little faster. Also, the shipping cost is a little expensive. Most of the time more than my order costs.
