I complained and showed pictures of the defective pieces from the puzzles i bought. Owners made me feel like ingot a lemon, they never had a complaint they said. ALL of the puzzles had defective pieces. After looking into this further, i see others have complained as well. It's very dishonest. There's tons of other puzzle companies out there with years of experience selling quality puzzles. These aren't it.
