The new website is nice and I appreciate all the videos and information on the hair and how to maintain and style the hair. What I really don't like about the shopping experience is that there are no physical descriptions of the color of each piece. When I was trying to pick what color I wanted to purchase it was almost impossible to figure out the exact color of the hair just based on the pictures. I wish there was a physical description of the color of the hair. It is also very hard to reach customer service to ask questions about the different colors.

I didn’t realize they had a 24hr exchange window that should be made more clear during the purchasing process since if someone doesn’t open their package right away they may not allow an exchange and you don’t really see that policy until you open the box and read the insert.

I was amazed at the difference!

I left a lengthly review. In saloon experience was poor. They tell you they only get paid by tips and I think that is very rude. That is not my fault. My person did not explain how to style or even do a good job cutting my hair topper. Not only paid for the hair cut but forced to leave a $250 tip. Then had to pay another hairdresser when I left to show me how to use it and cut it.

The mannequin took a while to receive but otherwise it was good.

My stylist was incredibly helpful and made me feel very comfortable.

Seeing stylist next week

I send a message and not respond back i send a me message in Facebook and they answered 5 days later.,you only care the money not the customer services.

I was asked to contact a certain person to help me choose a color. I sent pictures of my hair. She asked if I wanted to come in for an appointment. I said no because I don’t live close to one of your locations. I never heard from her again. ‘Very disappointed with customer service.

I love Lauren Ashtyn collection!!!! I am a life long member I love everything so much!!!

I was disappointed. I didn’t walk out with the confidence I thought I’d feel. My hair is very thin on top, I felt the topper was sitting on my head and you could tell it was a wig. I had to suggest to stylist wispy bangs, to cover up the gap. When leaving the salon (I was one of the last to leave) the girl behind the counter never said good night or thank you. Poor way to treat a customer who just spent $1,500+.
