Easy ordering and payment via Harwoods' intuitive website, excellent and courteous communication and super fast delivery of a perfectly packaged bag of sand. That sounds straightforward enough but quite often you'll receive a perforated, torn or just poorly sealed parcel which leaks contents from the time you receive it until whenever you repackage or transfer it.
