no free returns. I ordered the boots before 9.00 (which is when you telephone desk opens) tried to cancel the order that day just after 9.00 and was told I could not as order already processed. So I had to wait until they were delivered when there was NO Returns form in the box. I had to phone again to have one emailed and then it cost me money to send a poor pair of boots back to you. What a joke and I will not buy from you again
