Worst experience ever. I bought boots directly from Base London on 28th November. They arrived quickly, and the box showed the correct size, but the boots inside were the wrong size. I tried contacting customer service and it took three days to get a response, despite numerous phone calls and emails. Today I finally received a refund, but the whole process was frustrating and disappointing. I wouldn’t buy directly from them again.
