I don't think I have ever had such a bad experience with a "small business". I place an order on Black Friday, 22 days later it's been mailed! A shipping label was created 9 days after my purchase. Day 17 I was refunded for one item with no explanation. There WASN'T ANY COMMUNICATION outside of me messaging on Facebook. Going by their TikToks, this business is making cash hand over fist. Extra staff could have been hired for the season. Disappointing doesn't begin to explain how irritated I am.
