I never received my order even though I was told it had been shipped. Customer service is horrible and I will make sure not to order again. Clearly my order never went out and when they went to ship it out 2/3 weeks later it was all of a sudden out of stock. I asked for a refund but never heard back. So now I have to go through the process of disputing. Not to mention this company never tried to do anything over and beyond to make the situation right. Based on the TT videos I wouldn’t expect this.
