My order arrived damaged. It's been nearly 3 weeks and no one will respond to my call, email, direct message on IG, and requests. There is no customer service outside of leaving a review. As a first time customer, this was my experience. I would advise you to just buy your own stuff and decorate it. At least if something is broken or damaged you go to the store and return it. Or buy from Baddies and Budget knowing there is no/poor customer service. Just automated responses.
