So far, it has not been great. I also ordered over $200 worth of products a week ago and they have not shipped. I think I just wanted some communication, or an acknowledgement to my emails. I’m understanding 💯 but was so motivated and excited and have felt ignored. The spreadsheet I’m still working on fixing the errors, the products I will know once I get them. I haven’t had great experience with any customer service.
