My shopping experience was excellent! The fact that I keep receiving marketing emails after multiple attempts to unsubscribe is very annoying! I got a direct email reply from one of your staffers that I was not subscribed to marketing emails. I kept getting those emails anyway. I also complained that the first two marketing emails I received had broken 'unsubscribe' links. The links in subsequent emails do get me to a page that says I am unsubscribed, but I get the emails anyway.
