Yes. The night cream I ordered this time. I took it out of the box and the cover fell off the jar. So had not been sealed.
The first order I did about 3 months ago, it was my first experience and although I love the product but I was not happy with the packaging. The deodorant I ordered was open and had leaked in the package, the skin lotion we had to open and cut the straw inside to get it to flow.
So, although your product is wonderful, the packaging has not been good with both orders.
