The packaging was awful and 2 lids of my 4 bottles arrived broken. I swapped them with the two that I had just run out with, but I shouldn’t have to do that. I emailed a complaint and they wanted a picture. By then, the lids were already in recycling. They didn’t seem to care that I had defective bottles.
