Had an issue with the mounting plate and bracket not lining up and when contacting customer service I was receiving responses from an AI that said that once the product was confirmed defective due to being misaligned they’d send out a replacement after I pay a 10% handling fee and cover the cost of the return. Really not impressed with how this has been handled
